"If the witness saw the defendant murder someone, why is he still alive?"

"Objection!" yells Payne. "The witness, Mr. Edd, was hiding behind some boxes! The defendant could not have seen him!"

( Boxes? Where were they, a storage room? )

You point at the witness. "Is this true, Mr. Edd?"

"Yes! It's true. I called the police after he left!"

"Witness!" The judge looked displeased. "Please add this to your testimony."
